Where are you going?
Start in Alicante and then to Granada and Guadix. Any tips?
Sorry, not so familiar with those spots. In Alicante, Lizarran is great for tapas. They bring a wide variety out to choose and sample. At the end they count up the number of skewers and plates based on their size and shape to calculate your final price.
